The Morse collection, part of Franck Genser’s Sea Side series, brings together two seating pieces and two tables, exploring organic shapes and material contrasts inspired by the marine world.
The sofa and armchair rest on sculptural legs shaped like walrus tusks, reinforcing the collection’s connection to nature. Their iridescent neoprene upholstery shifts under the light, with a smooth, seamless surface that recalls the sheen of wet skin. The side table and coffee table feature the same sculptural base, topped with Calacatta Viola marble. The white stone is intersected by deep red veins, adding rich contrast and a sense of movement that echoes the fluid forms of the collection.
With its mix of glossy, shifting surfaces and deep mineral tones, Morse presents a dialogue between soft luminosity and structured contrasts, drawing on the textures and hues of the natural world.
