Issue 62 | AW 2022/23 Part One

There’s no doubt that the near future holds some huge challenges. However, the importance and power of community, collaboration and support has offered a thread of hope that has run throughout the collective Covid-19 experience.

Both of our new stories, in very different ways, address notions of communities coming together; with Pastorale it is the pull and allure of online fantasy groups, while Coast explores the tight-knit self-reliance of North Atlantic seafarers.

More than ever, 2020 has highlighted the vitally important approach of meeting challenges with a healthy dose of imagination and ingenuity. With this in mind, we are excited to introduce our new continuity colours. Like many great ideas, it’s deceptively simple; we have identified a set of ten core colours with longevity stretching beyond a single season to help our members navigate this tricky period of trade ahead.
