Reality and illusion collide in HELTER-SKELTER, a design direction shaped by satire, distortion and an unsettling theatricality. This 27-page report presents the CMF directions for this 2024 design direction, where exaggerated forms, warped surfaces and provocative colour disrupt expectations.

Spiky textures, slick finishes and fragmented patterns reference funhouse aesthetics, while deep reds, acidic yellows and artificial pinks evoke a hyper-stimulating, disorienting atmosphere. Gloss, reflection and distortion play with perception, creating a deliberately chaotic, anarchic visual language.
